課程構想：
本課程本學期將以「問題研討」搭配文獻研讀，引導參與者進行一場法理學基礎問題意識與討論之巡禮。「法理學」這個學術領域，已經發展成一個內涵相當豐富複雜的學科，本課程將儘可能界定擇取比較關鍵的問題與次領域進行研討。我也將嘗試在這個過程中引導探討，如何可在台灣的環境條件下進行法理學的思考與研究。
